Job Title: Senior Head of Growth Marketing (International Logistics & AI)Location: Chennai (Hybrid/On-site)Reporting to: CEO, Axe GlobalTarget Markets: Europe (Spain, Benelux) & USA1. THE MISSIONYou are not a traditional marketer. You are the architect of a "Revenue Leakage Discovery Engine." Your goal is to oversee the generation of 13,500 Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) annually by positioning Axe Global as the only "Managed AI Operations" partner that can solve the cash-flow crisis for European and US hauliers. You will lead the transition from Phase 1 (Hauliers) to Phase 2 (The "Reverse Pitch" to Shippers).2. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * Strategic Growth Leadership: Design and execute the "Wedge Strategy"—using "Revenue Leakage Audits" to gain access to prospect data (PODs/Invoices) before a contract is signed. * Multi-Persona Campaign Management: Build personalized funnels for three distinct personas: The CEO (Cash flow/DSO), the Ops Manager (Driver compliance), and the Finance Head (AP Automation/Overcharges). * AI-Driven Intent Monitoring: Set up and manage systems to monitor "Stress Signals" in the market (e.g., FMCSA score drops in the US, new eFTI regulations in Europe) to trigger automated, highly relevant outreach. * Team Orchestration: Lead a Chennai-based hub of 7 professionals, including AI Sales Development Reps (SDRs), Content Specialists, and Data Analysts. * Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of regional regulations such as the Spanish Ley de Morosidad and Ley Crea y Crece to ensure our messaging remains a "burning platform" for prospects.3. THE PROFILE (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS) * Experience: 10+ years in B2B Growth Marketing or Demand Generation, specifically for SaaS, ITeS, or Fintech products serving International Markets (EU/US). * Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the Logistics & Supply Chain ecosystem. If you don't know what a CMR, POD, or DSO is, this is not the role for you. * Tech Stack Mastery: Expertise in AI-augmented sales tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Intent Data platforms (6sense/ZoomInfo). Experience with "Human-in-the-loop" AI extraction is a plus. * Analytical Mindset: You manage by the numbers. You must be able to demonstrate how you have scaled lead volume while maintaining a low Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). * Cultural Fluency: Ability to coach SDRs on the nuances of European business etiquette vs. the high-directness of the US trucking market.4. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) * Lead Velocity: Delivering 1,100+ MQLs per month across targeted ICPs. * Conversion Quality: Maintaining a 10% MQL-to-Meeting conversion rate. * Revenue Recovery Impact: Successful execution of "Zero-Cost Audits" that lead to core service adoption. * Market Penetration: Achieving the target of 135 new ICP wins within the first 12 months.Why This Role?This is a rare opportunity to build a global growth engine from Chennai using a proprietary AI framework .
