The Mission

Liquidity and Administrative Friction.

We are looking for an SDR who wants to be more than a "caller"—you will be a diagnostic consultant helping business owners reclaim their margins.

The Role: Strategic Outreach

As our first SDR, you will work directly with the leadership team to penetrate the mid-to-large market transport sector. You aren't selling a "nice-to-have" software; you are selling a solution to a cash-flow crisis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Prospecting:

    Identify and engage C-suite executives and owners of asset-heavy transport companies.
  • Consultative Discovery:

    Conduct "Diagnostic Calls" to identify administrative bottlenecks, revenue leakage, and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) issues.
  • Pipeline Ownership:

    Manage the full top-of-funnel process, from initial research to qualified meeting handover.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Act as our eyes and ears on the ground, collecting data on regional regulatory pressures and competitor technology gaps.

    You understand (or are eager to master) the complexities of freight billing, compliance, and the pressure of thin margins.
  • Business Acumen:

    You can talk comfortably about "Cash Flow," "DSO," and "Operational Overhead" with a CEO.
  • High Output / High Autonomy:

    You thrive in a "Stealth Mode" environment where processes are being built in real-time.
  • Multilingual (Preferred):

    Proficiency in [Specify: Spanish/Dutch/French] is a significant plus for our European expansion.
