Client Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Network Management

Manage and strengthen the existing dealer network
Identify, onboard, and develop
new dealers and channel partners
Provide regular support, training, and coordination to dealers

Sales & Client Handling

Handle direct customers, enquiries, and institutional clients
Generate sales through dealers and direct channels
Maintain relationships with diagnostic centers, hospitals, and clinics
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Business Development

Develop new markets and territories
Coordinate with internal teams for demos, installations, and after-sales support
Track competitor activities and market trends

Reporting

Maintain sales reports, dealer performance reports, and customer data
Regular follow-up on payments, orders, and dispatches

Candidate Profile

Minimum
3–5 years of experience
in sales / channel management
Experience in
medical devices, X-ray, diagnostics, or healthcare sales
is a strong advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives
Willingness to travel (domestic) as required

Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary :

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

(Depending on experience and interview performance)

Incentives

2% commission on total sales generated
No upper cap on incentives (performance-linked)
