Role Overview

Be the strategic partner to clients — servicing, pitching, cross-selling, and ensuring campaign success. Blend creativity, strategy, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Own day-to-day client communication & expectations
Pitch concepts, creators, and strategy to clients
Upsell/cross-sell new ideas, retainer plans & quarterly strategies
Build campaign plans & performance narratives
Translate client goals into actionable briefs for the ops/creative team
Review deliverables before sharing
Track performance, insights & strategic recommendations
Manage P&L of campaigns assigned

Must-Haves

2–3 years in client servicing/consulting in creator/influencer ecosystem
Excellent presentation & pitching skills
Strong understanding of creator marketing, category trends, and platforms
Ability to think commercially: revenue, margins & cross-sell
