Role Description
Client Experience & Program Delivery Associate
You will be responsible for managing client communication, facilitating programs, coordinating execution, and ensuring every engagement runs smoothly from onboarding to closure.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during program execution
- Manage onboarding, scheduling, expectation-setting, and ongoing communication
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Handle client concerns, scope changes, and delivery challenges professionally
- Ensure clarity, responsiveness, and consistency in all client interactions
Program Delivery & Facilitation
- Independently deliver and facilitate workshops, sessions, and communication programs
- Engage participants across age groups and seniority levels
- Manage group dynamics, time, and engagement effectively
- Maintain a professional, structured, and high-energy learning environment
- Collect and synthesize participant feedback into actionable insights
Program Preparation & Execution
- Develop deep understanding of program goals and client context
- Customise delivery approach within defined program frameworks
- Prepare and adapt decks, scripts, and activity plans (core content provided)
- Coordinate logistics, tools, and schedules across stakeholders
- Ensure flawless execution across all delivery touchpoints
Proposal & Business Support
- Support proposal creation and solution structuring using existing frameworks
- Join client discovery and proposal discussions as the delivery representative
- Provide realistic delivery inputs to shape timelines and expectations
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams for aligned execution
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Have
3–5 years of experience
in client-facing, facilitation, consulting, HR, L&D, or program delivery roles - Are confident handling senior stakeholders and complex client conversations
- Have strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Build trust quickly and manage relationships with maturity
- Are organised, proactive, and execution-focused
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Take full ownership of delivery quality and client satisfaction
Skills & Tools
Required
- Client relationship and stakeholder management
- Program facilitation or training delivery experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Coordination, documentation, and follow-ups (Google Workspace, Notion, CRM tools)
Good to Have
- Experience delivering behaviour, communication, or leadership programs
- Proposal writing or solution design exposure
- Familiarity with psychology-based frameworks
- Ability to create or refine decks (Canva / PowerPoint / Figma)
