In this role, you will be at the heart of the research that powers our programs and learning experiences.
Your role involves researching behavioural patterns, identifying competencies, designing training modules, and converting psychological principles into practical, easy-to-understand learning experiences.
• Conduct research on communication patterns, interpersonal behaviour, generational differences, and applied psychology
• Study and map behaviour competencies relevant to different programs
• Analyse existing literature, frameworks, and training methodologies
• Convert psychological theories into actionable insights
• Build structured competency models for communication, leadership, behaviour skills, etc.
• Identify behavioural indicators and proficiency levels
• Align competencies to client needs or program outcomes
• Design training modules, activities, exercises, and session flow
• Convert research insights into engaging learning experiences
• Prepare facilitator guides, worksheets, and participant materials
• Create structured frameworks, program journeys, and learning paths
• Maintain research databases, notes, and content libraries
• Write clear and well-organised documents, summaries, and module scripts
• Collaborate with facilitators and delivery teams to ensure content readiness
• Are a psychology graduate (MA/MSc Clinical/Counselling/Industrial Psychology preferred)
• Love behavioural research, frameworks, and understanding human patterns
• Enjoy breaking down complex concepts into simple, practical modules
• Have strong writing and documentation skills
• Are analytical, curious, and detail-oriented
• Can structure information clearly and logically
• Are excited about learning design and program development
• Background in psychology or behavioural sciences
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Clear writing & documentation
• Ability to synthesise information into frameworks
• Experience with competency models
• Exposure to L&D or training modules
• Knowledge of applied psychology / organisational behaviour
• Basic design (Canva/Figma) for visual clarity
• Hands-on experience in applied psychology & behaviour research
