Role Description

We're looking for a Marketing Associate who loves storytelling, content creation, and digital growth. You'll help shape the public voice of Evolusis by creating videos, posts, and campaigns that educate, inspire, and attract our audience. From LinkedIn and reels to email campaigns and launch announcements you'll be the engine of our brand visibility.

The initial two months will be an internship period after which high performers will be offered aPre-Placement Offer (PPO)with a competitive compensation package aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging video content (reels, short-form clips, product explainers, user stories, etc.)
• Write LinkedIn posts, content pages, and captions aligned with our brand voice
• Support marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube & website
• Work with the product team to translate features into marketing-friendly stories
• Research trends and create content calendars and campaign ideas
• Assist in executing marketing campaign
• Assist in planning community-building & user engagement initiatives
• Track metrics like views, engagement, reach & conversions, and suggest improvements

You're a great fit if you're good at

• Creating content that grabs attention in the first 3 seconds
• Speaking or presenting confidently on camera (optional but a huge plus)
• Writing clearly, simply, and impactfully
• Understanding what resonates with Gen Z + Millennials + Professionals

• Thinking creatively and experimenting with formats

Tools / Skills

• Canva / Adobe Express / Figma for visual content
• Basic video editing for reels & short clips
• Social media scheduling tools
• Understanding of B2B or tech marketing (bonus but not required)
