Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer located in Gandhinagar. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for civil engineering design, planning, and stormwater management for our various projects. Tasks include designing infrastructure, managing construction projects, conducting site assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. The Civil Engineer will work closely with the project management team to deliver high-quality, sustainable developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and buildings.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and technical assessments.
• Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure project milestones are met.
• Perform risk management and quality assurance on ongoing projects.
• Use design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2-7 years of experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
• Proficient in engineering design and project management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations.
