Civil Engineer

Job Title: Site Civil Engineer (5 Years’ Experience)

Location: Bhatar, Surat.

Salary: - As Experience and ability

Age limit: up to 45 years. | only for Male Candidate.

Key Responsibilities

On-site supervision & execution

• Oversee day-to-day Execution of repair, rehabilitation, waterproofing, epoxy/sealing solutions, and protective coatings.

Quality assurance & standards compliance

• Monitor and enforce compliance with company standards, product specifications (e.g., waterproofing membranes, flooring systems / R&R), safety norms, and regulatory requirements.

Coordination & communication

• Liaise effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, suppliers (including chemical solution vendors), and internal teams. Ensure timely updates and smooth coordination.

Planning & reporting

• Assist in Preparation of work schedules, resource planning, materials procurement, and technical documentation. Report progress, challenges, and site measurements accurately.

Technical problem solving

• Evaluate site conditions, recommend material choices (e.g., Sika products), suggest corrective actions, and troubleshoot execution issues in structural repairs or coatings application.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Around 5 years of experience in civil/site engineering, especially in construction chemical application, structural repair, waterproofing, or industrial floor work.
• Hands-on experience with epoxy floor coatings, RCC rehabilitation, waterproofing systems, expansion joint sealing, and turnkey project execution will be highly valued.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of construction chemical application.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, material datasheets, and specifications.
• Proficiency in site planning, resource management, and basic use of project management tools.
• Good communication, teamwork, and client coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, quality control procedures, and standards (local/state-level construction regs).

Location

Working with frequent travel to project sites across Gujarat Covering the region from Baroda to Vapi. (Including industrial zones, institutional constructions, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
