Civil Engineer

Job Description

 Supervise and monitor ongoing civil construction and maintenance works in the Rest house.

 Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs, drawings, and specifications.

 Conduct quality checks and inspections of materials, workmanship, and finished work.

 Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various projects  Review and verify contractor bills, measurements, and payment certificates  Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for project execution.

 Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules  Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and documentation.

 Conduct site surveys and inspections for new projects or repairs.

 Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.

 Maintain project files, drawings, and technical documentation.

 Prepare estimates and cost analyses for civil works.

 Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.

 Use MS Office and relevant software for documentation and reporting.

 Assist in tendering processes and technical evaluations.

Education:

 Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience:

 Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in civil construction supervision, project management, or similar roles Skills & Competencies:

 Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, methods, and materials.

 Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

 Experience in preparation and verification of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software (preferred).

 Understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Age Limit: Below 35 years

Working Hours: Regular office hours with site visits as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
