Mission Of The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive supply growth by building and managing 1200 riders, with at least 600 live count within the first 3 months.
• Ensure 90 PERCENT fleet availability and strong rider engagement for seamless operations.
• Maintain high rider NPS (Net Promoter Score) as per city targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a large ground team (50100 people) including hub managers and supervisors.
• Build and execute rider sourcing strategies with minimal learning curve.
• Drive operational efficiency by implementing robust processes for onboarding, training, wallet management, and fleet utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Finance, Product, and HR) for smooth execution.
• Monitor KPIs (fleet uptime, rider retention, operational cost, and earnings) and take corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance, discipline, and adherence to company policies at all levels.
  

Must-Have Skills & Competencies:

• People Management: Proven experience in hiring, managing, and scaling teams (50100 members).
• Industry Experience: Strong background in logistics, mobility, or related industries; preferably from competition (with minimal learning curve).
• Rider Sourcing Expertise: Strong network and proven strategies for sourcing and retaining riders.
• Operational Hustle: Experience handling high-pressure, target-driven environments with high volume SKUs.
• Process Orientation: Ability to create, implement, and scale operational processes.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong skills in Google Sheets, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Vendor/Operator Management experience.
• Conversational fluency in local language (must) and English (good to have).
