City Head - Delhi/NCR

As the City Head at Zypp Electric in DNCR, your primary mission is to build and manage a robust fleet of 1200 riders to ensure 90% live fleet, a positive wallet, and maintain operational excellence across the city. Your key responsibilities will include driving supply growth by managing 1200 riders, maintaining at least 600 live riders within the first 3 months, ensuring 90% fleet availability, and fostering strong rider engagement for seamless operations. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a large ground team of 50-100 individuals, including hub managers and supervisors. Additionally, you will need to develop and execute rider sourcing strategies efficiently, drive operational efficiency through robust processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution. To excel in this role, you must have proven skills in people management, industry experience in logistics or related fields, expertise in rider sourcing, operational agility in target-driven environments, process orientation, data-driven mindset, vendor/operator management experience, and fluency in the local language along with proficiency in English. It would be advantageous if you are flexible to work long hours and on-ground as needed, possess strong problem-solving and crisis management skills, have negotiation skills, and hold a passion for green mobility and sustainability.
