Role Description The City Head will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the assigned city, ensuring smooth execution across various functions. This includes inventory management, Test Center bookings, manpower planning and hiring, and coordination with internal teams. . Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day city-level operations Relationship Management with the Delivery Partners (Test Centres) at allocated city Manage inventory and logistics Handle TC bookings and scheduling Recruit and manage manpower as per requirements Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution Utilize basic MS Office & Excel skills for data handling and reporting Possess technical understanding relevant to operations Lead and manage on-ground teams effectively Operational Cost Management Good Crisis Management Skills Requirements: Basic knowledge of server handling and IP assignment Basic knowledge of Switches, Network and Firewall Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) Good organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Minimum qualification: Graduate Show more Show less
