Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 2-5 years of experience to join our team as a Chinese - DCDP in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and preparing Chinese cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, and desserts.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu ideas and recipes.
Develop and implement effective food preparation techniques to enhance efficiency.
Ensure all food meets quality standards before serving.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in cooking Chinese cuisine, with a focus on DCDP (Duck, Chicken, Dumpling, and Pork) dishes.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including stoves, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests enjoy their dining experiences.
