Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end management of IT infrastructure, data centers, servers, and network systems to ensure 24/7 uptime and performance.
• Define and execute technology strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
• Lead infrastructure scaling, system modernization, and automation initiatives.
• Ensure high levels of security, disaster recovery planning, and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Manage and optimize physical and cloud-based servers (AWS, Azure, etc.) for performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve business performance and efficiency.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing IT and infrastructure team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership for planning and execution of new system rollouts or upgrades.
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and IT services.
• Drive cybersecurity protocols and implement best practices across the organization.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness of the infrastructure landscape.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum

  10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, server administration, and enterprise-level systems.

• Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale IT operations and leading technical teams.
• Deep understanding of server architectures, virtualization, storage systems, and network topologies.
• Expertise in managing

  on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

• Strong experience in

  cybersecurity

  , data protection, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working within mid to large-sized enterprises or technology service companies.
• Relevant certifications such as

  AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA, CISSP, or ITIL

  are a plus.
• Background in DevOps or automation tools will be an added advantage.
