We're looking for a visionary CTO to architect, lead, and scale our technology backbone and power India's most innovative startup ecosystem.

Position Overview:

As our CTO, you'll drive the company's technology vision, product innovation, and IT infrastructure. We're looking for a strategic thinker who can translate business goals into cutting-edge tech solutions, oversee R&D, ensure security and scalability, and spearhead the creation of proprietary tools and platforms that give us a market advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Strategy & Vision

Create and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with our mission. Identify emerging technologies that can become our unique market advantage. Build proprietary tech platforms that elevate startup valuations.

2. Product Development & Innovation

Lead the development of scalable SaaS products, AI tools, and automation systems. Oversee the full product lifecycle and use AI-driven analytics to create smarter solutions.

3. Tech Infrastructure & Operations

Build and maintain scalable, secure IT infrastructure. Implement top-tier cybersecurity protocols and optimize infrastructure for cost efficiency and agility.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with leadership teams to ensure tech supports marketing, sales, and operations. Mentor team members and nurture next-gen tech leaders.

5. Strategic Partnerships

Build relationships with tech providers, AI labs, universities, and investor networks. Collaborate with global innovation hubs for exclusive access to emerging tech.
