Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team in Bengaluru. As CTO, you will be responsible for defining and executing KautilAI's technology strategy, managing product development, and ensuring our platform remains innovative, secure, and scalable. This is a unique opportunity to lead the technical direction of a fast-growing AI-powered recruitment platform and make a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities Technology Leadership: Develop and implement the technology roadmap to support business goals and product vision. Identify and integrate emerging technologies to enhance platform performance and innovation. Product Development: Oversee end-to-end software development, from architecture design to deployment. Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient applications. Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Lead the deployment and maintenance of infrastructure on Google Cloud and AWS . Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation. Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Work closely with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business objectives. Security & Compliance: Ensure platform security and compliance with industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise Frontend Development: Proficiency in React and Next.js for building intuitive and responsive UIs. Backend Development: Expertise in Node.js, Python, or similar languages for scalable backend systems. Database Management: Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB. Cloud Platforms: In-depth experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) . DevOps Practices: Proficiency in Docker , Kubernetes , CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Terraform . AI/ML Technologies: Familiarity with deploying AI models, especially for NLP or predictive analytics. Cybersecurity: Strong understanding of data security and privacy best practices. Leadership & Strategy Proven experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects. Strategic thinking to align technology with business goals. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Preferred Experience Background in the HR tech industry or developing recruitment platforms. Experience with AI-driven products or solutions.
