We're Hiring: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Equity-Based | Co-Founder Role Artswarit is building a next-generation platform to empower artists and creators through innovative digital experiences. As we scale our vision, we are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join as a core founding team member on an equity-only basis . 📌 Role Overview: As CTO, you will lead the development of our technology infrastructure, product roadmap, and engineering vision. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and is passionate about building impactful, scalable products from the ground up. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the tech roadmap aligned with our product goals. Build and scale the MVP and future product iterations. Recruit and lead a lean, agile tech team. Ensure platform security, performance, and scalability. Collaborate closely with design, content, and business functions. 🎯 Requirements: Proven experience in full-stack development and leading engineering teams. Prior experience in building tech products or startups (0 to 1 stage). Strong understanding of scalable architecture, cloud services, and DevOps. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
