Hiring: CTO – Product-Led SaaS | InterioKeys

About InterioKeys

Role Overview

CTO

tech strategy, product scaling, and engineering operations

Key Responsibilities

Design scalable, modular architecture for profiles, projects, media, search, booking & payments.
Drive reliability, observability, and cost optimization.
Translate goals into product roadmaps and agile sprints.
Establish modern engineering practices (design reviews, CI/CD, testing standards).
Build and mentor high-performing teams across Engineering, Data, DevOps, QA, and Security.
Oversee integrations: payments, subscriptions, CRM, analytics, and media pipelines.
Ensure data privacy, compliance, and security best practices.
Partner with Founders, Product, and Growth teams to accelerate user acquisition and engagement.

You Bring

5–12+ years in product engineering, 3–5+ years leading as Head of Eng/CTO.
Scaled a
SaaS or marketplace
to 50K+ MAUs or $1M+ ARR.
Strong in
cloud-native systems (AWS/GCP/Azure)
, event-driven architecture, and data models.
Proven ability to
hire and scale 10–25 member tech teams
.

Preferred

Experience in
search, recommendations, payments, or subscription platforms
.
Familiarity with analytics (dbt, data warehouse), ML/RAG, and experimentation.
