Hiring CTO – AI-Driven Product | Chennai, India (Remote/Hybrid) Build the entire tech stack from Day 0. We are looking for a CTO with 5+ years of experience in software development, AI integration, and technical team leadership. This role requires someone who can architect the full platform, lead a small engineering team, and ship a stable AI-powered MVP in 90 days. Responsibilities • Build the end-to-end system architecture for a new AI-first product. • Integrate AI models, automations, and pipelines into core workflows. • Lead engineering, QA, deployment, and technical operations. • Define security, quality, and coding standards from the ground up. • Hire, mentor, and scale the first engineering team. • Deliver a high-performance MVP with clean, scalable foundations. Technical Requirements (AI-Focused) • Strong backend and frontend experience (full-stack preferred). • Experience with APIs, microservices, and scalable data flows. • Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and prompt engineering. • Ability to design and integrate AI pipelines and third-party AI APIs. • Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Solid understanding of databases, caching, and performance optimization. • Good English for daily communication.
