We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and practical experience in preparing balance sheets and other financial statements in compliance with IND AS. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, auditors, and senior management to ensure financial accuracy and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and finalize balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements in accordance with IND AS.Ensure accurate journal entries, ledger maintenance, and trial balance reviews.Analyze and reconcile subsidiaries accounts, sub-ledgers, and inter-company transactions.Assist in the transition from IGAAP to IND AS, if applicable.Liaise with statutory and internal auditors during audits.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory changes.Prepare financial reports for management review and decision-making at company’s group level.Support the month-end and year-end close process.Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
