Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Desk Executive located in Gurugram. The Travel Desk Executive will be responsible for arranging and managing all travel-related activities for the company. Daily tasks include booking flights, hotels, and transportation; providing travel consultations; coordinating with relevant parties for travel requirements; and ensuring a seamless travel experience for employees and clients. The role also involves addressing travel-related inquiries and resolving any travel-related issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Experience in Travel Consulting and providing travel-related customer service
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Relevant certification or degree in Travel Management or a related field is a plus
