Travel Coordination & Management (Domestic & International)
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including domestic and international flight bookings, hotel reservations, and cab services.
Coordinate frequently with third-party travel vendors for booking confirmations and updates.
Communicate with clients confidently and respond promptly to travel-related inquiries and status updates.
Ensure cab arrangements are made on time for employee travel and maintain accurate tracking of cab requirements.
Collect travel invoices and required reports in a timely manner.
Maintain a centralized travel tracker to monitor bookings, cancellations, travel dates, and approvals, ensuring complete accuracy and accountability.
Do not hesitate to answer client calls and respond promptly; keep both the client and internal team updated on all booking details.
Proactively identify travel issues or delays and take immediate action to resolve them, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for employees and clients.
Front Desk Support
Provide professional front desk assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient handling of employee and visitor needs.
Facilities Operations Support
Collaborate with internal facilities teams such as housekeeping and maintenance to prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Support ongoing facilities operations and coordinate with relevant teams as needed.
Work closely with food vendors and office supplies vendors to ensure timely service and replenishment.
Coordinate with various external vendors for operational requirements as and when needed.
