Job Description

Role Overview
You’ll manage all employee travel. The job demands accuracy, quick decisions, and solid coordination. If you’re not comfortable handling sudden changes, this role won’t suit you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book flights, trains, buses, hotels and cabs as per policy.
  • Track approvals and ensure compliance with travel guidelines.
  • Coordinate with travel vendors and negotiate rates.
  • Share itineraries and manage last-minute changes.
  • Maintain daily travel logs and prepare MIS reports.
  • Handle cancellations, refunds and reimbursement support.
  • Assist with visa, travel insurance and documentation when needed.

Required Skills

  • Strong coordination and follow-up.
  • Confident communication.
  • Quick problem solving during travel issues.
  • Ability to multitask without losing accuracy.
  • Basic Excel skills.

Eligibility

  • Graduate preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in travel desk, admin or coordination roles.
