Customer Support via Calls : Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries related to financial products, services, or digital transactions. Product Information : Clearly explain the features, benefits, and usage of fintech services such as digital wallets, loans, credit platforms, or investment tools. Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to payments, account access, KYC verification, or app usage promptly and professionally. Compliance and Data Handling : Follow data protection and compliance guidelines (e.g., KYC, RBI norms) while collecting or sharing customer information. Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback on services and relay insights to relevant departments to help improve user experience and service offerings Shift timing - 10 to 7 Sunday fix off Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
