Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller (Female) to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for many prospects and play a key role in representing the organization’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote services.
Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries with professionalism.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain call logs, MIS reports, and daily performance records.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Hindi.
Candidates must be proficient in English speaking and communication. Applicants without strong English-speaking skills should not apply for this role.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Work Details:

Location: Noida
Timings: 09 AM – 05 PM, Mon–Sat
Compensation: 15000 - 30000 Per Month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
