Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote jewellery products, offers, and services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and availability.
Maintain and update customer database with follow-up details.
Schedule customer appointments and encourage showroom visits.
Explain current schemes, festive offers, and new jewellery collections.
Build good customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales and showroom team for lead conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass
Previous telecalling or customer service experience (preferably in retail or jewellery).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in local language, Hindi, and/or English.
Good listening skills, patience, and customer-centric attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.).
Ability to work under targets and handle pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer relationship management: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: In person
