Job Summary

• The Travel Support Executive is responsible for handling all travel-related activities for employees across the regions, including ticket booking, accommodation, cab arrangements, and travel expense tracking. The role ensures smooth, cost-effective travel coordination while adhering to company policies and timelines.
• Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, trains, cabs, hotels) for employees.
• Coordinate with travel agencies, MMT and vendors to get competitive quotes and bookings.
• Ensure timely travel approvals, documentation, and itinerary sharing.
• Track and record all travel expenses, maintain travel MIS reports, and ensure compliance with company policy.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and travel emergencies promptly.
• Liaise with internal teams like HR, Admin, and Accounts for reimbursement processing and approvals.
• Ensure employee comfort, safety, and satisfaction during travel.
• Prepare monthly travel cost reports and identify areas for cost optimization.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (Admin or Management preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in corporate travel management or administrative coordination.
• Good knowledge of booking platforms and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Preferred Qualities
• Experience working in a large or multi-regional organization.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent travel requests.
• Familiarity with travel policy compliance and cost-control measures.
