Chief Technology Officer

Hiring CTO AI-Driven Product | Pune, India (Remote/Hybrid)

Build the entire tech stack from Day 0

We are looking for a CTO with 5+ years of experience in software development, AI integration, and technical leadership. This role is for a builder someone who can take a concept, design the full architecture, lead a small team, and ship a stable AI-powered MVP in 90 days.

Your Mission

Build the end-to-end system architecture for a new AI-first product.

Integrate AI models, automations, and pipelines in core workflows.

Lead engineering, QA, deployment, and technical operations.

Define security, quality, and coding standards from scratch.

Hire, mentor, and scale the first engineering team.

Deliver a high-performance AI MVP with clean, scalable foundations.

Technical Requirements (AI-Heavy)

Strong backend + frontend expertise (full-stack preferred).

Experience designing and consuming APIs, microservices, and scalable data flows.

Comfortable with LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs, automation workflows, and prompt engineering.

Ability to integrate AI agents, model orchestration, and third-party AI APIs.

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Solid understanding of databases, caching, and system optimization.

Good English for global daily communication.
