Role Description

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior/Mumbai/Delhi. The CTO will be responsible for driving the technical strategy, overseeing software development processes, managing technology projects, and leading the development of innovative products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the scalability and security of the platform, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications

• Expertise in Software Development, including programming, system design, and implementation.
• Experience in Project Management, with the ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and oversee project execution.
• Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, ensuring technical solutions align with business goals.
• Strong background in Product Development, with a focus on creating scalable and user-centric solutions.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in tech-driven environments.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
