We’re building a next-gen hyper-social media platform that leverages immersive and emerging technologies to enhance user interaction, creativity, and real-time connection. We’re looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join us on-site and lead the end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, and product development of our platform — designed for scale, performance, and human connection. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad . HarSar Infonics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development of our next-generation hyper-social media platform . As CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of software development , IT strategy , technical architecture , project execution , and product innovation . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement a scalable and secure technology roadmap, while also building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for building engaging, high-performance consumer products using Flutter , cloud services , and AI/ML technologies . Key Responsibilities Define and execute the overall technology strategy and system architecture. Lead and scale the full-stack architecture of a hyper-social media app built in Flutter, Node.js, GraphQL, and cloud infrastructure (GCP ) . Drive product innovation in AI-powered feeds , real-time interactions , and personalized user experiences. Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team across mobile, backend, AI/ML, and DevOps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, marketing) to align technical execution with user and business goals. Oversee platform security, scalability, and performance monitoring with modern cloud infrastructure. Stay ahead in emerging technologies including AI, ML, edge computing, and deep tech . Technical Skills Strong experience in Flutter for cross-platform mobile/web development. Expertise in Node.js , RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices. Solid understanding of MongoDB , Redis, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and Firebase. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services – App Engine, Firestore, Cloud Storage, BigQuery. Proficiency in CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins. Hands-on experience in real-time systems, social feeds, media processing (FFmpeg), and content delivery. Bonus Skills AI/ML experience: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face (recommendations, chatbots, filters). Edge computing: Google Edge TPU, WebAssembly, Flutter-native plugins. Experience with GraphQL optimization and content ranking algorithms. Familiarity with big data tools (Kafka, Spark) and scalable analytics pipelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Optional). Min 3+ years of technical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect-level role. Proven track record of scaling apps with millions of users or real-time social features.
