We aim to redefine how elite communities interact, transact, and thrive in the digital age.The Role:We are looking for a visionary Web3 Chief Technology Officer to join our founding team. You will lead the architecture, strategy, and execution of our blockchain and NFT initiatives, shaping E! Celebs tokenomics, smart contracts, and Web3 infrastructure from day one.Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of E! Celebs blockchain infrastructure, NFTs, and token systems.Architect and implement secure smart contracts, NFT membership structures, and Web3 integrations.Drive the technical roadmap for metaverse integration, decentralized governance, and token utility.Collaborate with the founding team on product strategy, fundraising, and go-to-market planning.Research and implement emerging Web3 technologies to keep E!Celebs at the cutting edge.Ensure compliance with crypto regulations and best practices for blockchain security.Requirements:Proven experience in Web3, blockchain development, and NFTs (Solana, Polygon, Ethereum, or similar).Strong knowledge of smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, or equivalent) and decentralized applications.Understanding of tokenomics, staking models, and decentralized identity systems.Experience in building Web3 products from concept to launch.Passion for celebrity, luxury, and metaverse ecosystems.Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Equity & Ownership:This is a CTO position with equity potential.
