Chief Technology Officer

Zivanta is on the lookout for a Chief Technology Officer who can lead end-to-end product design, development, and implementation across web, mobile browsers, and smartphone apps, aligning with strategic priorities, customer feedback, and analytics. Role Overview: - Define, architect, and innovate the technology platform for web and apps to ensure a seamless user experience. - Ensure timely delivery of IT services within budget and meeting quality standards. - Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and strategies. - Manage an in-house tech team, leading and nurturing team members. - Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day IT resource activities. - Implement best practices in code development and deployment. - Evaluate and enhance technology platforms for service delivery. - Develop and implement a security policy to safeguard IT assets. - Establish a big data framework using technologies like R, Python, and Tableau. - Identify IT training needs and provide necessary training. - Stay updated on new IT developments and ensure their effective use within the company. - Supervise quality assurance processes and system testing, monitoring key performance metrics. Qualification Required: - BS/MS in Computer Science or MCA. Key Responsibilities: - Senior full-stack developer with 5 years of experience in architecture design, product development, databases, and UI/UX in consumer-facing applications. - Proficiency in Codeigniter, Laravel, PHP, and other programming languages. - Knowledge of frameworks, platforms, CMS systems like Angular Js, Android SDK, iOS SDK, REST API, Agile, NoSQL technologies. - Experience in implementing micro-service based architecture and optimizing performance. - Familiarity with AWS for cloud setup and configuration. - Advanced MySQL knowledge with query building and optimization skills. - Understanding of agile methodology and version control tools.
