Technology Leadership

Own the
technology strategy, architecture, and long-term product roadmap
.
Drive technical innovation leveraging
AI, automation, and predictive intelligence
.
Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and system design frameworks.

Engineering Management

Lead, hire, and mentor high-performing engineering teams across backend, frontend, AI, DevOps, and mobile.
Implement scalable engineering processes, sprint planning, and quality controls.

Product & Platform Ownership

Oversee development of high-scale systems including:
AI-led sourcing engine
Automated interview modules
Scalable recruiter + candidate dashboards
Multi-tenant enterprise architecture
Ensure product reliability, performance, and system uptime.

Infrastructure & Security

Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, and system monitoring.
Maintain data security, compliance, and robust system architecture.
Optimize infrastructure costs while ensuring scalability.

Innovation & Growth

Identify emerging technologies to enhance platform capability.
Partner with founders on product expansion and global scaling initiatives.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer teams to build market-ready features.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least
3+ years in a senior tech leadership role

Proven track record of taking SaaS/AI products from
0 → 1 → scale

Strong expertise in:
Node.js
,
Next.js
,
TypeScript
,
microservices architecture
AI/ML integrations
, automation pipelines
Cloud infrastructure
(AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, DevOps
Databases
(MongoDB, PostgreSQL), caching, queues
Strong system design, architecture, and product-thinking ability.
Experience leading 10–50+ member engineering teams.
Ability to balance speed, scalability, and innovation in a fast-paced startup.

Good to Have

Experience building HRTech / ATS / recruitment platforms.
Exposure to LLMs, GenAI, vector databases, and ranking algorithms.
Prior startup leadership or founding experience.
Understanding of global hiring workflows, recruiter tooling, or marketplaces.
