As the Technical Head (CTO) at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the entire technology and product ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include driving architecture, development, and innovation across web, mobile, and AI-driven platforms. To excel in this role, you should possess deep hands-on expertise in Django, Python, React JS, Next JS, React Native, Figma, Agora, and PostgreSQL. Your ability to architect scalable systems and guide a growing engineering team will be essential for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Technology Infrastructure & Ecosystem Development** - Architect, develop, and maintain internal IT systems, CRMs, automation pipelines, and digital workflows. - Build scalable backend systems using Python & Django, ensuring high security, integrity, and compliance. - Implement modern infrastructure with robust cybersecurity and business continuity planning. - **Product Ownership & Platform Development** - Lead end-to-end development of web and mobile applications using React JS, Next JS, React Native, and backend services powered by Django/Python. - Oversee UI/UX design coordination using Figma for wireframes and prototypes. - Develop real-time communication features and virtual engagement modules using Agora. - Ensure seamless performance, modular architecture, and integration with third-party APIs and AI-driven systems. - **AI/ML Integration** - Implement AI/ML models into core products for automation, recommendations, and predictive analytics. - Build intelligent tools leveraging NLP, LLMs, and custom ML pipelines. - Stay updated on new frameworks and apply AI/ML solutions to healthcare workflows and operational processes. - **Leadership & Team Building** - Build, mentor, and manage a team of developers, freshers, and interns providing structured training and technical oversight. - Maintain a hands-on leadership style: coding, reviewing architecture, solving complex technical challenges. - Foster a culture focused on experimentation, innovation, quality, and accountability. - **Innovation & Strategic Planning** - Identify emerging technologies relevant to product scalability and competitive advantage. - Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute long-term technology, AI, and automation strategies. - Drive continuous improvement through code quality, DevOps best practices, and modern engineering standards. **Preferred Qualifications & Attributes:** - **Educational Background** - B.Tech (mandatory) and preferably M.Tech in CS, IT, or related fields from a reputed institution. - **Professional Experience** - Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Head, or Senior Technology Lead in HealthTech, SaaS, AI/ML, or product-based companies. - Hands-on expertise building platforms using Django, Python, React JS, Next JS, React Native, PostgreSQL, and modern UI/UX workflows via Figma. - Experience with real-time integrations (e.g., Agora), microservices, CI/CD, and cloud environments. - Exposure to healthcare standards like HIPAA, HL7, and secure system architecture is preferred. - **Skills & Competencies** - Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing diverse teams. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. - Excellent communication skills able to convert complex tech solutions into business insights. - Deep understanding of data security, cybersecurity practices, and scalable engineering principles. - Passionate about technology-driven innovation, automation, and lifelong learning. **Core Technical Areas:** - Full-stack development using Django/Python + React/Next JS - Mobile app development using React Native - Real-time communication systems using Agora - UI/UX prototyping with Figma - PostgreSQL database design and optimization - AI/ML and NLP-powered product features - Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps pipelines - End-to-end cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance As the Technical Head, you will lead an in-house technology team consisting of developers, interns, and trainees. Your hands-on approach in designing architectures, writing clean code, mentoring developers, and building systems from scratch will be crucial.
