Role Overview

Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

Key Responsibilities

Buyer Acquisition & Conversion

  • Build high-converting funnels to bring in and convert serious homebuyers.
  • Partner with housing finance, relocation agencies, and digital channels to expand reach.

Developer & Channel Partnerships

  • Negotiate

    exclusive pre-launch and festive deals

    with developers like DLF, M3M, TARC, Emaar, etc.
  • Build trust with developer CXOs and unlock inventory for group buying.

Sales Leadership & Playbook

  • Hire, train, and lead the sales team (inside sales, field sales, channel partners).
  • Define SOPs for handling leads, buyer groups, and negotiation processes.

Revenue Growth & Monetisation

  • Drive

    monthly GMV targets

    and oversee pricing/commission structures.
  • Build scalable revenue models (developer-paid, buyer-paid, or hybrid).

Investor Confidence & Reporting

  • Represent sales performance to investors/board.
  • Build predictable pipelines and projections.

Ideal Candidate

  • 8 to 15+ years in real estate / PropTech / luxury sales.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales orgs (₹500 Cr+ sales handled in career).
  • Strong network with

    developers, brokers, and HNIs

  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM, automation, and AI-led sales tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excited to

    build from scratch
