We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to spearhead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand our footprint across India and global education markets. Role Overview The CSO will be responsible for building and leading the sales organisation, designing scalable go-to-market strategies, and forging strong relationships with educational institutions. This is a leadership role requiring proven expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, CRM adoption, and education sector dynamics . Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company’s overall sales and revenue strategy. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team across regions. Drive enterprise SaaS adoption among universities, colleges, and schools. Establish and manage strategic partnerships with education groups, consultants, and channel partners. Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align sales strategies with business goals. Develop data-driven sales forecasts, pipeline management, and revenue reporting. Identify emerging opportunities in domestic and international education markets. Represent EdmissionCRM at conferences, trade shows, and industry forums. Drive customer success and long-term client relationships to ensure retention and growth. Qualifications & Skills 12+ years of experience in sales leadership roles , preferably in SaaS / CRM / EdTech / ERP solutions . Strong understanding of the higher education ecosystem in India and abroad. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Experience in building and scaling sales teams from ground up. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
