Content Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development

  : Develop and execute a content strategy that establishes a strong and distinctive market positioning for TogetherBuying.in.

• Content Creation

  : Write and oversee the creation of engaging articles related to real estate, group-buying, home-buying tips, market trends, and other relevant topics aligned with our brand’s vision.

• Case Studies

  : Create compelling case study articles showcasing successful group-buying experiences facilitated by our platform.

• PR Articles

  : Craft and manage the publication of 5 to 6 high-quality PR articles aimed at increasing our visibility and authority within the real estate sector.

• Website Content Revamp

  : Completely overhaul the website content to reflect our brand’s positioning and clearly communicate our unique value proposition to potential buyers.

• LinkedIn Content Strategy

  : Develop and implement a comprehensive LinkedIn content strategy for both the brand and leadership team to amplify our digital presence and industry influence.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a content strategist, writer, or similar role, ideally within the real estate or PropTech sectors.
• Strong understanding of the latest SEO trends, including Google's Helpful Content & SGE updates.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and style to suit different audiences and platforms.
• Ability to conduct thorough research, analyse content performance, and implement data-driven strategies to improve content effectiveness.
• A collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, SEO optimisation, and on-page SEO best practices.
