Senior Content Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and engaging content for website pages, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Create informative articles and updates related to government tenders, global bids, RFPs, and procurement policies.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to understand service offerings and produce content that drives conversions.
• Develop SEO-friendly content using relevant keywords and optimize existing pages for search visibility.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, press releases, case studies, and client success stories.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, tone, and messaging.
• Proofread, edit, and fact-check content for accuracy and clarity.
• Stay updated on procurement industry trends and suggest new content ideas to engage the audience.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Good understanding of SEO writing and keyword optimization.
• Ability to write on technical/business topics like tenders, eProcurement, RFPs, etc.
• Proficiency in using tools like MS Office, Google Docs, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Yoast – preferred).
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience with website and blog content development will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication & relationship skills
• Self-driven and tech-savvy
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience preferably in tendering or B2B service sectors.
• Comfortable using digital tools
• Sound knowledge of government tenders, GeM portal, and e-procurement systems is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
