  Graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus, not mandatory).

• Experience:

  Prior startup/consulting/operations experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong initiative are also encouraged.

• Skills:

• Strong organizational & problem-solving ability.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with tools like

  Airtable, Notion, Excel

  , or similar.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup.

• Education:
