Chief People Officer

As the Chief People Officer at our company, your role will be crucial in developing a comprehensive People and Human Capital strategy to support the business and strategic direction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing a robust HR and talent development plan aligned with the organization's mission and strategy - Creating world-class talent experiences for existing and prospective talent pools - Providing vision for the global workforce in the rapidly changing AI-driven world - Acting as a strategic business partner to drive changes and provide innovative solutions on critical HR issues - Digitizing and modernizing HR functions to achieve strategic objectives - Guiding special projects, analytics, talent transformation, training, change management, and organizational design - Establishing short- and long-range HR goals, policies, and procedures - Collaborating with HR team members on cross-functional and cross-business issues To qualify for this role, you should have: - MBA/Masters in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, or related field - Experience in managing an onshore and offshore model - Strong background in software engineering and IT services, particularly with AI - Public speaking, board-level interactions, and corporate brand representation experience - 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5-7 years of leadership experience - Ability to work with senior business leaders and independently - Proficiency in talent management, succession planning, organizational design, recruiting, compensation, learning and development, and employee relations - Track record of operating strategically and tactically - Experience in managing diverse issues effectively - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels - Understanding of organizational development theory and practices - Skill in re-engineering operations and procedures, policy formulation, and strategic planning - Familiarity with HR information systems - Ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Global team management experience Join us as our Chief People Officer and be a brand ambassador for our company in the market, driving innovative HR strategies and fostering a high-performing culture of success and collaboration.,
