THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a
Chief of Staff (CoS)
to work closely with the
COO and Managing Director
in driving strategic initiatives, scaling organizational effectiveness, and ensuring alignment across leadership, operations, and delivery.This role is a
force multiplier
for leadership — combining
strategic planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment
- Partner with the COO & MD to translate vision into actionable strategies.
- Drive execution of company-wide OKRs, KPIs, and performance tracking.
- Monitor progress on high-priority initiatives and escalate risks proactively.
Operational Leadership
- Ensure leadership meetings are well-prepared, outcome-driven, and documented.
- Lead special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and transformation programs.
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights and structured analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a bridge across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Partner with Delivery and Agile teams to unblock execution challenges.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between leadership and broader teams.
Leadership Support & Enablement
- Act as a trusted advisor to the COO & MD.
- Prepare presentations, investor updates, and board materials.
- Manage stakeholder communications, both internal and external.
Culture & Growth
- Champion XenonStack’s values and help foster a high-performance culture.
- Identify organizational bottlenecks and lead improvements in process, governance, and collaboration.
- Mentor and coach emerging leaders within the company.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 7–12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or leadership roles.
- Proven success in managing cross-functional initiatives and scaling operations.
- Strong knowledge of business strategy, organizational dynamics, and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in business productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Confluence, Jira).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Good-to-Have
- Experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments.
- Background in management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or program management in high-growth startups.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Strategy, or Technology Management.
- Exposure to global client engagements and regulated industries (BFSI, GRC, SOC).
