The Role

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with our leadership team - driving strategy, alignment, and execution across all key initiatives at CereBree.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and wants to play a pivotal role in shaping how CereBree grows from vision to impact.

What You’ll Do

1) Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team - translating ideas into structured plans and ensuring smooth execution.

2) Drive key cross-functional projects across product, marketing, partnerships, and culture.

3) Build and refine internal processes that help the team move faster with clarity and ownership.

4) Prepare strategic decks, investor updates, and communication material.

5) Support decision-making with data, insights, and strong judgment.

6) Lead internal check-ins, ensuring priorities are aligned and roadblocks are resolved.

7) Foster a strong culture of trust, accountability, and transparency within the team.

What You’ll Bring

• 4–8 years of experience in consulting, operations, or strategic roles (preferably in tech, AI, or startup ecosystems).

- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

- ⁠A bias for clarity, follow-through, and action.

- ⁠The ability to work with empathy - balancing speed with intention.

- ⁠An instinct for both strategy and detail; you can zoom out and zoom in with ease.
