Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the executive team to streamline operations, oversee key organizational processes, and manage special projects. Responsibilities include coordinating between departments, supporting strategic initiatives, facilitating communication, and ensuring the organization’s goals are achieved effectively. The role requires exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to enhance overall organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience in strategic planning, operational management, and process improvement
• Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Previous experience in a similar or leadership role is preferred
• Proficiency in software tools for project management and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
