This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 15-30 LPA) Min Experience: 6 years Location: NCR JobType: full-time As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO—driving cross-functional alignment, enabling operational excellence, and ensuring the organization scales with clarity and purpose. You will identify and resolve organizational inefficiencies, implement processes to improve execution, and support leadership in maintaining a high-performance culture across engineering, product, and growth functions. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Serve as a force multiplier to the CEO by streamlining operations, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring cross-functional accountability. Diagnose organizational bottlenecks (e.g. communication gaps, hiring friction, performance inconsistencies) and implement solutions that unlock speed and efficiency. Drive strategic planning, OKR implementation, and cadence for execution across teams. Oversee people operations—including team culture, performance frameworks, and hiring—ensuring alignment with company goals. Lead and support high-priority programs across departments, ensuring initiatives are executed on time and with quality. Build and optimize operational processes to enable scale, while maintaining agility and a strong internal culture. Collaborate with leadership to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies for people, process, and execution challenges. Preferred Qualifications: 6-10 years of experience in consulting, high-growth startups, or product/strategy operations. At least 3 years of experience in a program lead or operations leadership role. MBA or equivalent experience in high-performance operating environments is a strong plus.
