Role Overview As Chief of Staff in the Founder's Office at Aurassure, you will serve as a strategic partner to the founders, driving critical business initiatives, cross-functional execution, and organizational efficiency. This role involves blending strategy, operations, and business development to ensure alignment between the company's vision and day-to-day execution. Your contribution will be pivotal in scaling Aurassure's growth, optimizing decision-making, and facilitating seamless coordination across teams. Key Responsibilities - Partner closely with the founders to plan, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives across business, operations, and partnerships. - Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify emerging opportunities and guide strategic decision-making. - Build and refine Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to empower sales, marketing, and product teams in achieving key business goals. - Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and develop customized strategies to target, engage, and acquire prospects. - Deliver presentations and dashboards to customers during pitch meetings, effectively communicating product value propositions and capabilities. - Lead initial client calls and product presentations, contributing to deal closures in the sales process. - Oversee key internal projects, ensuring timely completion aligned with company priorities. - Anticipate challenges, identify risks, and proactively develop solutions to facilitate smooth execution. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Climate, or Environmental Technology (MBA preferred). - 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Strategy Associate, or similar analytical role in a tech startup, consulting firm, or VC-backed company. - Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable business insights. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to convey complex ideas clearly to senior management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data visualization tools. - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. - High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Good to Have - Experience in GTM leadership, particularly in launching products, defining positioning, or enabling sales and customer success teams. - Previous exposure to climate-tech, sustainability, or data-driven innovation for an advantage. - Familiarity with stakeholder communication, investor relations, or project management in high-growth environments.
