Job Description:

Cateina Technologies is looking for a 1 to 3 years of experience Executive Assistant professional who can support both technical presales activities and provide high-level administrative assistance to the CXO team. This dual-role requires excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills, and the ability to work onsite in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and strategic support to senior leadership.
Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
Prepare MIS reports and Dashboards
Create presentations and other documentation as required.
Coordinate cross-functional activities and follow up on pending action items.
Engage with clients to understand business requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Assist in creating proposals, commercial/ technical presentations, and product demos.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate recommendations.

Who Can Apply:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: 1 to 3 years in a business support, or executive assistant role, or presales. Experience in tech startups is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Understanding of technical solutions, cloud, AI, or fintech products preferred

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools

Location:

Must be available for full-time onsite work in Mumbai
