Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Managing Director in strategy formulation, governance, and performance reviews
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and monitor their implementation through dashboards and KPIs
• Drive execution discipline across multiple business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Prepare analytical reports, business insights, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication and timely decision-making
• Represent the Managing Director in meetings, ensuring continuity in leadership and follow-through on commitments
• Identify process improvements and standardize best practices across the organization
• Support cultural alignment and change management initiatives to strengthen organizational cohesion
• Engage directly with operational teams across diverse business units to gain on-ground insights and ensure executional excellence
  

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5-7 years in a Chief of Staff or strategic leadership role
• Proven experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, or corporate governance
• Strong background in cross-functional leadership, with exposure to multi-industry or manufacturing sectors being an advantage
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without direct authority
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, drive outcomes, and maintain confidentiality
• Engineering degree and MBA from a reputed institution preferred
• Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable, with the capacity to work effectively across varied business environments
