Job Overview

VE AI is seeking a dynamic and proactive Chief Of Staff to join our Hyderabad office on a full-time basis. This mid-level position requires 4-6 years of relevant work experience. As Chief Of Staff, you will function as an integral bridge between executive leadership and different teams, driving strategic projects and optimizing business operations to ensure Huemn’s continued growth and success.



Qualifications and Skills

  • Project Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring across multiple business units.
  • Stakeholder Management (Mandatory skill): Strong ability to influence, align, and facilitate effective communication with senior executives, departmental heads, and external partners.
  • Strategic Planning (Mandatory skill): Proven track record of developing, assessing, and implementing organizational roadmaps and business strategies aligned to company goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent at working across various teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth cross-departmental communications to achieve business objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Advanced in gathering, interpreting, and utilizing data for informed decision-making, reporting, and process improvements relevant to business operations.
  • Business Operations: Hands-on experience in managing core business processes to optimize workflow, resource allocation, and operational efficiency throughout the company.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify bottlenecks, assess risks, and propose effective solutions in high-pressure, fast-paced environments typical of tech-driven companies.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for preparing concise executive-level reports and presentations while fostering a culture of transparent communication.



Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and right hand to executive leadership, translating high-level strategies into actionable plans across the organization.
  • Lead, coordinate, and track progress of cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to Huemn’s quality standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective follow-ups, agenda setting, and seamless flow of information to all relevant parties.
  • Analyze and synthesize complex business data to enable strategic decision-making and provide recommendations on process improvements.
  • Oversee business operations to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and drive continuous operational excellence aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive strategic initiatives involving multiple departments by arranging resources, removing obstacles, and ensuring accountability for project milestones.
  • Monitor and report on key business and operational metrics, preparing concise executive summaries for leadership review.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting organizational values and effectively managing internal communications to foster team alignment and motivation.
