Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the executive team to streamline operations, oversee key organizational processes, and manage special projects. Responsibilities include coordinating between departments, supporting strategic initiatives, facilitating communication, and ensuring the organization's goals are achieved effectively. The role requires exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
